Finally I got some time to make a few updates to Activity Tracker. Thanks to a lot of you who gave me some valuable feedback. I’m trying to implement them as and when I get some time.
Following are the enhancements I made for this release:
- Activity Tracker is now available for Netvibes
- The hours worked or logged is also available in decimal format (something like 1.67 etc). It makes easy for consultants/contractors to quickly calculate their pay. You should see this when you click on “log” to view a log of your activity.
- You can now see a weekly report of your activity. The weekly data is consolidated every week and you should see it when you click on “log”.

Great program! Any word on the Vista gadget edition?
I’m almost done with the Vista gadget. I still have few issues that needs to be resolved. Will let you know when I’m done.

Great Product! Major wish is for a brief comments section for each time period for annotating time spent.
I have the same wish as Doug: the ability to add a brief comment or note for time spent. The developer told me elsewhere that this is gonna be implemented in a future version. Cool…
Is there an ETA for the next version? I’d be more than happy to Beta test.

yes.. this feature should be available before end of this week. thanks for trying my gadget.
Is there any way to recoop data. I clicked on the wrong (X) and removed the gadget from my google page. When I re-added it. my data was lost.
Is there anyway to get my two weeks of project time?

Request:
Would like to start the timer with a start time But leave the editing time open. so that the current status would be “IN”. Sometimes I show-up at a client, I start working on a problem, then I turn on my computer. So I would like start the timer but at an hour before I clicked the “IN” button. And have my status for that client as “IN”. The The only way I can see to do this is to EDIT and a entry with start and end time. Then go back to the main screen and then start a new entry for the same client.
Also Can not Submit comments on the page that is linked from the “HELP” on the Gadget. I click on the Submit button and nothing happens
