Employees/Consultants:
Just follow the link provided by your employer and click on “I’m an employee or consultant and I was asked by by my employer to visit this page. What should I do now ?” in the welcome sheet. You should be provided with necessary instructions on how to use Activity Tracker Plus for time tracking.NOTE:If you happen to lose the link to the welcome screen, you can always get it back by following either one of the steps below:
- If you have the Activity Tracker Plus client, then click on “Menu | What Else Can I do ?” which should take you back to the welcome screen.
- Visit Setup Instructions to start using Activity Tracker Plus and select “Existing User”. Then specify the name of the spreadsheet that was used for that employee.

Hi,
If I set this up to track the activity of a small team how do I view the activity log of an employee if they set an access password that I don’t know? I’ll have access to the spreadsheet but I don’t want to reset the password and lock them out and I don’t want to remove the password completely.
Thanks,
Steve.
@Steve: For now, you can ask your employees to make their activities public and share the URL with you.
You can use the AT social client and view their logs but cannot edit their logs . Refer http://screeperzone.com/2009/06/08/activity-tracker-plus-social-live-sharing-of-your-daily-life-log/
Hi Mahin,
Thanks for the quick repsonse (and for this useful tool). What I need to do is quickly see a week’s worth of tracking for each employee (in the same way you can in dashboard > view logs). Going through the log for each individual activity and patching together the log for the week is too labour intensive. If you choose to add this functionality it’d be greatly appreciated. If not I’ll just have to make sure sure I know the password for each employee so I can go in and view their log via dashboard.
Thanks again,
Steve.
Sure. I will implement this feature in my next release.
Thanks!
