QuickTime Installation/Configuration
Follow the steps below to install/configure QuickTime
If you already have QuickTime, follow steps here to upgrade QuickTime. Else download the free QuickTime player from Apple. and follow the instructions provided with the download.
Run QuickTime (In Windows - Start | Programs | QuickTime | QuickTime Player)
Click on Edit | Preferences | QuickTime Preferences
Select the “Browser” tab and make sure you check "Play movies automatically".
Click on “MIME Settings” in the same “Browser” tab and make sure “WAVE audio” is selected under "Audio only file formats"
Select the “Streaming” tab and make sure it looks like the following:
Click OK and close QuickTime Player
Close all browsers and open them again.
If you notice any dialog messages like the picture below, make sure that you uncheck “Do not ask to perform this check again. The QuickTime Control Panel can be used to make subsequent changes ” to make sure you don’t get the message always.
Go back to Voice Test page to test if you can hear the voice.
