Troubleshooting

We will discuss the procedures for all 3 browsers - Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera.

Firefox :

Firefox normally uses QuickTime Plugin (or) RealPlayer plugin
When you tried testing the voice files, you would have noticed a warning similar to this "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page":

If you did notice a warning, then it indicates that you donot have any associated player.
You can either install/configure QuickTime (or) Real Player (You are required to configure ONLY ONE of them)
- Click here to install/configure QuickTime
- Click here to install/configure Real Player.
Once you have done the installation and configuration of the appropriate player. make sure you close all browsers and perform the voice test again.

Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer can be configured to work with Windows Media Player (or) Quick Time (or) RealPlayer
You can either install/configure Windows Media Player (or) QuickTime (or) Real Player (You are required to configure ONLY ONE of them)
Once you have done the installation and configuration of the appropriate player. make sure you close all browsers and perform the voice test again.

Opera Browser:

Opera browser can be configured to work with QuickTime (or) Real Player
You can either install/configure QuickTime (or) Real Player (You are required to configure ONLY ONE of them)

- Click here to install/configure Real Player.
Once you have done the installation and configuration of the appropriate player. make sure you close all browsers and perform the voice test again.
