Windows Media Player Installation/Configuration

Follow the steps below to install/configure Windows Media Player

  1. If you already have Windows Media Player, follow steps here to upgrade Windows Media Player. Else download the free Windows Media Player from Microsoft . Install Media Player by following the instructions provided with the download.
  2. Run Windows Media Player (In Windows - Start | Programs | Accessories | Entertainment | Windows Media Player)
  3. Click on Tools | Options
  4. Select the "File Types" tab and make sure you select Windows audio file (wav) and select OK.

  1. Click OK and close Windows Media Player
  2. Close all browsers and open them again.
  3. Go back to Voice Test page to test if you can hear the voice.
